Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via cryptocurrency payment through our payment processor (NOWPayments). Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. If a payment fails, your subscription will be suspended until payment is received.
The BISENG Execution EA is provided to Premium tier subscribers as a tool for automated trade execution. The EA executes trades based on signals received from our system. You are responsible for configuring the EA's risk parameters (lot size, maximum trades, maximum daily loss) and for monitoring its operation. biseng.tech is not responsible for any losses resulting from EA operation, misconfiguration, or failure. You acknowledge that automated trading carries additional risks including but not limited to system failures, connectivity issues, and slippage.
biseng.tech offers a referral program where existing subscribers can earn a 10% commission on subscription payments made by users they refer. Commission is tracked as account credit and may be applied to future subscription payments. Referral commissions are not payable in cash unless explicitly stated otherwise. Abuse of the referral system (including self-referral, fraudulent signups, or creation of multiple accounts) will result in forfeiture of commission and possible account termination.
All trade idea posters, analysis, and content on biseng.tech are proprietary. Content is watermarked and protected. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, reselling, or forwarding of biseng.tech content to third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Violators may have their subscription terminated without refund and may be held liable for damages.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or security measures; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the EA, platform, or any biseng.tech software; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (e) attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, biseng.tech, its owners, partners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of capital, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your total remedy is limited to a refund of the most recent month's subscription fee.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, abusive behaviour, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be notified via the email or Telegram/WhatsApp associated with your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
